RETURN:


Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Some items are final sale, please view the individual product page for any return exceptions. These will be clearly marked and are not available for return or exchange.

Returns must be received to our office within 7 days of receiving your order. Any items received to our office that do not fall within our return policy will be sent back to you to you at your own cost.

All returns must be received to our office within 7 days of receiving your order. Please choose your shipping method accordingly.

Delivery Charges:

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.  However, this is subject to gaining pre-authorisation from us prior to returning any items.

Faulty or wrong item:

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or wrong items, please email us immediately within 7 days at contact@vonomono.com. A replacement or full refund including any postage and packing costs will be offered upon the safe arrival of the goods back to us. Do not send any items back to us, prior to contacting us first. We will not refund postage costs for any items returned to us without pre-authorisation. Items with pre-authorisation should be returned to us using the Postal Service Mail postal service.  We will refund the cost of the Postal Service Mail second class postage costs in returning the items to us if an item is wrong or faulty, we will not refund postal charges for items returned by recorded delivery, special delivery or any other courier costs. We do not offer a free post service.  We advise you to obtain proof of posting from the post office upon returning any items to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

REFUND:

-We do refund for ‘Change of mind’ returns however you have to pay shipping  fee that return to our office, this covers our postage to you.
-Faulty Items will be exchanged for new ones. It is considered ‘Change of Mind’ if you want a refund for a faulty item.
-If you damage it or there is evidence that you have worn it outside for example dust, hair, marks, we cannot refund you, we check all items before they sent out.
-Accessories, wigs, color lens items on sale cannot be exchanged or returned because these items decrease greatly in value once sent.
-We must receive the item within 7 days after you have received it. You cannot request a refund if it has been longer than 7 days after you have received the item.

-To return items just send an email from our contact page with your reason for return and your Paypal information.
